Terms and Conditions
Our aim is to make it easy as possible to train with PTS Ltd. The following conditions are, therefore intended to be as simple as possible.
Payment in full must be received prior to course start date, in advance or as discussed by prior arrangement.
PTS reserve the right to charge interest of 8% on late payments.
Should circumstances mean that you need to transfer the course, then the following charges will apply:
Notice given prior to course: More than seven days: No charge.
For less than seven days an administration fee of £25 = VAT per delegate
Transfer to another course must be made within 12 weeks.
In House Terms and Conditions
If you have to cancel the course and are unable to transfer the booking to another date at the time of cancellation, the following charges will apply:
More than 20 working days: No Charge
10-20 working days: 50% of total course fee
Less than 10 working days: Full fee i.e. no refund
Substitution of an alternative delegate may be made at any time before course commences at no charge. Cancellation must be made in writing and acknowledged by PTS.
PTS reserves the right to cancel any course. You will be given at least 14 working days notice of cancellation and the offer of a re-scheduled course date or a full refund of fees paid. PTS Ltd reserves the right to amend prices.
Please note: Certificates will only be issued once payment has been received.
